Welcome to ZeYoai. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website zeyoai.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products made through it. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Site.

ZeYoai is an online retailer of eyeglass frames and lenses. The Site is operated by ZeYoai. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ZeYoai, and “you” refers to any visitor, customer or user of the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us is accurate, current and complete.
3. Products and Product Information
We make a genuine effort to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colours or other content on the Site are entirely accurate, complete or error-free.
Please note:
- Colour and finish. The actual colour of a frame may differ slightly from what you see on screen, depending on your display settings and lighting conditions.
- Measurements. Frame dimensions are provided as a guide and are subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.
- Availability. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantity of any product supplied to any person or region.
4. Prescription Lenses — Important Notice
If you order prescription lenses, you are responsible for providing a valid, current prescription issued by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. We supply lenses in accordance with the prescription details you submit, and we are not responsible for errors contained in a prescription supplied by you or on your behalf.
Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical or optometric advice. Purchasing eyewear from us is not a substitute for a comprehensive eye examination, which we recommend you have regularly with a qualified eye care professional. If you experience discomfort, vision changes, or any other concern, discontinue use and consult a professional promptly.
5. Prices, Taxes and Payment
All prices shown on the Site are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and exclude shipping charges and any applicable taxes or import duties unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
- Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Customs duties and import taxes. For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes or similar charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, pricing errors, or a violation of these Terms. Where an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Our return and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order. Note that prescription lenses made to your individual specification are custom-made and may not be eligible for return except where faulty or incorrect.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined unless explicitly permitted, may not be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, graphics and software — is owned by or licensed to ZeYoai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
